We are so excited to celebrate this incredibly special moment with you in the beautiful British Virgin Islands. Having our favorite people together in such an unforgettable place means the world to us, and we truly can’t wait to share this experience with you.
This site has everything you’ll need to know as you plan for the trip—travel details, accommodations, schedule of events, and more—so please take a few minutes to read through all of the information carefully. When you’re ready, you can RSVP right here on the website! Kindly make sure to complete your RSVP by May 31st so we can finalize all the details.

Our Love Story
Picture it: The beach, the sun, and saltwater. Two completely unsuspecting people, each there with a friend, each minding their own business, neither one of them scanning the horizon for The One. Somehow, between the waves and the sunscreen and whatever cosmic forces were at play that day, they ended up talking and laughing and eventually exchanging numbers - which, if you know anything about beach encounters, this is where the story usually ends.
Not this one.
They went home. Alisa back to Ohio. Ryan back to Missouri. Which, for the geographically curious, is eight hours apart. Eight. As in, a full workday. As in, you could fly to Europe in less time. Wildly impractical.
But phones exist for a reason.
By August 2024, they were officially dating. Long-distance, long hours, and long phone calls. The kind where you pick up "real quick" and hang up four hours later wondering what happened to Tuesday. They talked about everything. Childhood. Work. Dreams. The proper way to load a dishwasher (still debated).
And then came the moment every long-distance couple eventually faces; Okay, but seriously, who's moving?
It was Ryan. He packed up his life in Missouri, pointed his car east, and drove those eight hours one last time with no return ticket.
On Christmas night 2025, surrounded by family, Ryan got down on one knee and asked Alisa to marry him. She said yes.
Now here we are - one year, one "yes", and no looking back. Inviting our favorite people to the British Virgin Islands to watch us make it official.
It started on a beach. It continues on an even better one.

What's Covered:
Rooms, transfers, food & beverage and gratuity for the event dates 12/28/26 to 1/2/27.
Flights:
The planning team will be handling flight bookings. Before anything is booked, they will contact you with options and wait for your approval. Once your flight is confirmed, they will contact you for payment.

Pre-night in Miami:
If you are interested in flying into Miami on the 27th to catch the early flight to Scrub Island on the 28th, please answer YES for this question on the RSVP form. All costs for this pre-night (rooms, food, drink, transportation, etc.) are not covered.

Planning & Logistics:
The planning team will be booking all travel, transportation, and rooms for the group. No need to book these on your own! Your details will be collected on the RSVP form.

Weather:
You can expect warm, tropical weather with daily highs around 85°F and lows rarely dropping below 74°F. Days are typically sunny with a slight breeze at night.
